TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Prices may be subject to change without notice.  All goods quoted are subject to availability.
  2. All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
  3. Payment of goods is due on delivery unless a credit account has been established.  Monthly accounts are due to be settled in full by the due date.
  4. Interest will be charged in the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to charge interest at the rate equivalent to that set for the purpose of Section 6 if the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998;
    1. Calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our invoice until payment;
    2. Compounded on the first day of each calendar month;
    3. Before and after any Judgement (unless the court orders otherwise).
  5. Small orders under £300.00 exc VAT will be subject to a surcharge.
  6. Orders with less then 20 linear meters of sheets will be subject to a Set-up fee of £58.00 + VAT.
  7. Due to the nature of polyester paint we cannot guarentee the surface finish will be free from scratches.
  8. All Information on our website is for guidance only.
  9. All cancelation/alterations must be made in writing, for products deamed to be non-standard, within 24hours of ordering or the customer will be liable for the full cost of the products.
  10. Customers who are collecting must do so in an appropriate vehicle which a forklift can load. (Flat bed, curtain side, etc.) We can NOT load onto car roof-racks or into Transit vans.

           
In the event that it should prove necessary to instruct a third party to recover any outstanding sum then any reasonable charges incurred as a result including court fees and solicitors fees shall become the responsibility of the Customer. 

  1. Any dishonoured or stopped cheques suffered by the seller shall incur a charge of £25.00 per attempt at clearance.
  2. Deliveries of goods to the Customer shall be in accordance with the Companies delivery schedule.   
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of failure to deliver goods by any particular date, or arising as a result of any cause beyond the Companies control. 
  4. Risk of damages to or risk of loss of the goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of the delivery. 
  5. Title for goods does not pass until full payment for goods is received.
  6. In the event that goods we have supplied are found or are suspected to be faulty the goods will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense for inspection.  If appropriate a credit note will be raised for the appropriate value which is the only time such deduction should be made by the customer.
  7. In the event that goods are returned which are not found to be faulty or in the event that a customer wishes to return previously ordered items then a restocking charge of 20% of the value of goods plus VAT will be charged.
  8. Goods remain the property of Accord Steel Cladding until such time as payment is received. 
  9. The above Terms and Conditions apply to all accounts whether the party responsible for payment is a Limited Company, Personal Guarantor(s) or Individual.
