AshGrid Grid Bar System

We offer AshGrid grid bar support system that can be used to overclad a leaking roof that cannot be removed.

This system can also be used to create a insulation gap over an existing single skin roof.

The grid bars must be installed over the existing purlins and is not advisable to use this system on a fragile roof.

Bars

Grid system support bars are manufactured from 1.25mm thick galvanised steel and are supplied in either 1m, 2m or 3m lengths to suit your purlin run. Grid bars incorporate a spigot end for easy on-site connection.

Brackets

Grid bar high performance brackets are manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanised steel supplied with a 3mm thick EPDM base thermal pad.
